Director and screenwriter Charlotte Scott-Wilson was born in Scotland and is a Dutch Film Academy graduate. She began her career in film production and produced several television features and co-productions. Her last production was The Holiday and premiered at Sundance in 2018.
Charlotte has a deep love for visual storytelling. She wants to reach a wide audience with her films and explores confronting themes in an accessible way. Never compromising in creating films that are both intimate and epic.
Her short film Forever After premiered at the Oscar qualifying Palm Springs Festival. Hold On premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and won best narrative short.
Presently she is developing a feature with FILM4 and is represented by United Agents London.

The film is a road movie, and tells the story of two brothers and graffiti artists from Iran, who travel to New York and find succes by exhibiting their work. By pursuing their American Dream they have to choose between going home or staying in NY and becoming a political refugee.
